Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the online store, order placement, sales contracts, delivery, the right of withdrawal and the complaints procedure.

§1. General provisions
1. The online store at https://bestimmune.pl/en is operated by Best Immune International sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Krakowska 14, 33-100 Tarnów, Polska, Tax ID (NIP) 8733294533, REGON 527644583, KRS 0001085419, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy KRS.
2. Seller contact: email shop@bestimmuneint.com, phone +48 881 596 736, hours Pon.-Pt., 9:00-17:00.
3. These Terms set out the rules for use of the store, including order placement, sales contracts, delivery, payment, withdrawal and complaints procedure.
§2. Definitions
- Store - the bestimmune.pl online service operated by the Seller.
- Customer - a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity or organisational unit making purchases in the Store.
- Consumer - a Customer being a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.
- Product - dietary supplement or other goods offered in the Store.
§3. Placing orders
1. Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store website only.
2. Orders are processed without account registration (guest checkout model). The Customer provides data necessary for shipping and contact.
3. After placing an order the Customer receives an order confirmation email containing the order specification, total price including delivery and information about the right of withdrawal.
4. By placing the order the Customer consents to receiving transactional emails related to this order: acknowledgement, payment status, shipping status, a one-time reminder about unpaid orders and any complaint-process updates. Transactional emails are not marketing communications and do not require separate consent (basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of contract).
§4. Prices and payments
1. All prices in the Store are gross prices in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
2. Whenever a promotional price is shown, the lowest price during the 30 days preceding the reduction is also displayed (Omnibus Directive, Art. 4 of the Polish Price Information Act).
3. Available payment methods: PayU online payments (card, BLIK, bank transfer). Payment operator: PayU S.A. (ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0000274399).
4. Failure to pay within 24 hours of order placement results in order cancellation.
§5. Delivery
1. Shipment is processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation, via InPost / DPD / Poczta Polska.
2. Delivery costs are displayed before order placement and included in the total amount due.
3. Delivery is available in Poland and the EU.
§6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods (Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83).
2. The withdrawal statement may be submitted via the online "Request a return" form, on the Returns & Complaints page, by email to shop@bestimmuneint.com or in writing to the registered office. The fastest route is the form - after submitting it you will receive the return address and a request number (RMA) by email.
3. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. The return should take place promptly, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal statement.
4. The Seller refunds all payments received, including delivery cost (except for additional costs arising from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard one), no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund is made using the same payment method as the Consumer used.
5. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases listed in Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, in particular when: (a) the product packaging has been opened and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons; (b) the product has been mixed with other items that cannot be separated.
§7. Complaints (statutory warranty)
1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for non-conformity of goods with the contract under the Consumer Rights Act (Art. 43a et seq.).
2. Complaints may be submitted by email to shop@bestimmuneint.com or in writing to the Seller's registered office. The complaint should include: order number, description of the defect, Consumer's claim (repair, replacement, price reduction or contract withdrawal).
3. The Seller processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§8. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ODR)
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. In particular, they may refer the case to the EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to UOKiK (https://uokik.gov.pl). Use of out-of-court methods is voluntary.
§9. Personal data protection
Rules for processing Customers' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
§10. Final provisions
1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the GDPR.
2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments are effective from publication and do not affect rights acquired by Customers before the amendments take effect.
