Return an order
You have 14 days from receiving the package to withdraw from the contract (Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). File a return below - we'll process it within 2 business days and email you the return address.
What you can return
All products with the original foil/seal intact. Opened supplement packaging - per Art. 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act - cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
What we refund
The product price + your outbound shipping cost. Return shipping is at your expense (Art. 34). Funds go back via the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the package.
How it works
1. Fill in the form (order number + email). 2. Once accepted, we send the return address. 3. Ship the package - we'll inspect it. 4. You receive the refund.
