You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. We process complaints within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason (Art. 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act / EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83).
How to submit the statement
- The fastest way: use the online "Request a return" form - you will receive the return address and an RMA number by email, or
- Email shop@bestimmuneint.com with your order number and a withdrawal notice, or
- Fill in the model form below and send it back with the goods.

Return costs
The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery at the cheapest offered option, promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.
Exceptions - when withdrawal does not apply
- Opened sealed supplement packaging - for health and hygiene reasons the product cannot be returned after the seal has been broken (Art. 38(5) Polish Consumer Rights Act).
- Goods liable to rapid deterioration or with a short use-by date (Art. 38(4) Polish Consumer Rights Act).
- Custom-ordered (personalised) products.
Complaints (statutory warranty)
If the product is non-conforming (damaged, wrong item, defective), you may file a complaint under statutory warranty (Art. 43a et seq. Polish Consumer Rights Act).

We process complaints within 14 days. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is recognised.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
You may use the EU Commission ODR platform or file a complaint with UOKiK. Use of these methods is voluntary.
